No. Currently there are no out of island shipments.

Yes. This option must be selected during purchase and can be collected within four (4) business days.

Refunds will be issued via the same medium that payment was made.  For payments via PayPal, refund rules for PayPal will apply. For refunds via credit card, this could take 30 days to appear on your statement.

An item returned on the basis of a fault report has to be inspected by a technician to ascertain the reason of the fault. An assessment will be made to see whether if this account is eligible for a replacement item. If not, a credit arrangement will be made.

Please note, fault reports or returns based on customer negligence or Act of God will not be issued a replacement or refund.

Yes. Returns of items are accepted if the item and packaging are returned in the condition it was purchased. The item will be inspected to ascertain to see whether it is in working order. A return fee will be charged.

After payments, the following must be indicated for delivery;

  • Name and Surname of recipient
  • Any nicknames/aliases
  • Local telephone numbers
  • House and Street number where applicable
  • Village/City/Town

After delivery, the recipient name and time of delivery will be noted.

Warranties when available are listed for each individual product. During that period, warranty will be on labour and parts costs.

Expedited delivery is currently unavailable.

We do not ship products outside of Dominica, but we have delivery services. Deliveries are only within Dominica. All Delivery within Dominica is free.

Your delivery address can be modified prior to delivery of products. Contact customer service.

An order can be cancelled partially or fully up to the time it has been processed in our warehouse by contacting customer service. Any amount paid will be refunded fully less bank charges.
