An item returned on the basis of a fault report has to be inspected by a technician to ascertain the reason of the fault. An assessment will be made to see whether if this account is eligible for a replacement item. If not, a credit arrangement will be made. Please note, fault reports or returns based on customer negligence or Act of God will not be issued a replacement or refund.
Warranties when available are listed for each individual product. During that period, warranty will be on labour and parts costs.
Refunds will be issued via the same medium that payment was made.  For payments via PayPal, refund rules for PayPal will apply. For refunds via credit card, this could take 30 days to appear on your statement.
An order can be cancelled partially or fully up to the time it has been processed in our warehouse by contacting customer service. Any amount paid will be refunded fully less bank charges.
