We’re sorry your order wasn’t what you expected, so we’ll try to make things right. First, read through our Returns Policy below, then proceed with your online return.
To return your online purchase for a refund, simply visit our store location at the Bayfront, Roseau, Commonwealth of Dominica. If your purchase was outside of Dominica, then simply fill out your return policy form on the website. Please note that in-store purchases must be returned or exchanged at the store ONLY.
- You may return any item for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order.
- Please note that we do not provide exchange for the given time. Yet, if you wish to change an item you have purchased for another, a refund order will be placed for the original item, and a new purchase order will be placed for the item desired.
- You can verify if the product you received is exactly the same one you ordered online. You can do this by matching the product SKU/barcode number on the product tag with the invoice you received by email.
- Parts and Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items that are damaged due to wearing and/or uncareful trying are considered faulty and will not be accepted.
- Please note that the goods are your responsibility till they reach us. So, please make sure it’s packed up properly and does not get damaged on the way.
- Given the fact that in rare cases, some manufacturing defects can be detected, each and every item is well-inspected before delivery to our customers, and in the case of receiving it as a return as well, to guarantee a convenient service level to our customers.
- If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, so make sure you post it back to us in good time.
- The original invoice must be included with the returned items.
- You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.
- Gift cards, sale, clearance and seconds items are not eligible for a refund or exchange if you change your mind.
- As we are flexible with accepting returns, we accept items returned without their original packages, provided that all the price and details tags on the product are attached and intact, and the product(s) are well-packed, protected and accompanied by any accessories and/or bundle items that come with the product. Yet, some products must be in their original packages; such as Electronics, and other products where their tags are affixed on the box.
